Parking

At completion, The PARK will provide up to 2,900 parking spaces in secured, two-level underground garages, with access to the lobbies by lift. Each building provides exclusive parking spaces for its tenants, with spaces also available for tenant visitors. The spaces are assigned and leased as the leasing activity of each building progresses. The clear ceiling height of the underground levels is 2.05 m. 100 new visitor parking places are also now available for CZK 20 per hour in the car park of Building 6 (V parku 12).
